Clayton Legal are working with a long-established law firm to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their friendly team across two offices in Staplehurst or St Leonards. The role offers a competitive salary dependent on experience (£50,000 DOE + Bonus) and a hybrid working pattern after probation.

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, with support from an experienced team, and have the chance to work in a supportive, well-regarded firm

Residential Property Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer

I’m working with a long-established and highly respected law firm that is looking to add an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to its team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit property team, working across two offices, with a genuinely supportive and personable culture.

The Opportunity

You’ll be joining an established residential property department following the retirement of a long-standing solicitor. The team already has 30+ years of conveyancing experience, so you’ll have plenty of support around you.

The firm is looking for someone who can confidently handle their own residential conveyancing caseload and ideally has the qualification needed to sign off their own work.
