Overview

Residential Conveyancer - Hybrid | Coventry | £30,000 to £50,000

The Role

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to post-completion
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, probate sales, new builds, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and assents
• Provide accurate and practical legal advice to a varied client base
• Maintain and build strong client relationships, ensuring excellent service and communication throughout the process
• Liaise confidently with estate agents, lenders, brokers, and third parties
• Be involved in the development of the department, including assisting and supervising junior staff

You

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ residential property experience
• Confident managing a busy caseload independently with minimal supervision
• Detail-driven with strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to put clients at ease
• A team player who enjoys collaborating and supporting colleagues
