Job description

Residential Conveyancer

A thriving Residential Conveyancing department within a growing private practice has a need for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join them in their Chichester office, West Sussex.

This private practice has excellent coverage of the southern counties region providing a full legal service to clients including individuals and businesses.

The role will undertake the management of their own case load from instruction to completion involving all aspects of conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, transfers & re-mortgages, plot sales and developer work. You will be used to working with minimal supervision, maintaining excellent standards of work while working as part of a small team within a larger property department across the practice.

This Residential Conveyancer role is suitable for a solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with at least 2 years' experience running a full case load from instruction through to completion. Excellent communication skills are required.

Salary to £53,000
