Our client is a mid-sized established property firm, specialising in residential property. They seek to add a further Residential Conveyancer to the team, as they have seen positive growth for the department again this year after significant growth in recent years. They have a diverse caseload, with a focus on community and teamwork in achieving results for clients and developing as a team and company.

Having worked with this client for over 6 years, I have seen them progress, develop, and support a wide range of employees at varying levels of technical ability in residential conveyancing.

This role is key to maintaining their success and enabling further growth through strong technical ability.

The role involves working on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sale, purchase, freehold, and leasehold work. You should be confident managing your own caseload and working cohesively within a team, with minimal supervision. Experience with shared ownership, equity cases, remortgages, and new builds is advantageous but not mandatory.

The firm offers a hybrid working structure.

About You:

* Minimum 2 years' experience in a conveyancing role, managing your own caseload

* Strong technical and procedural knowledge

* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines
