The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, and new builds.
• Delivering high-quality client service with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth transaction progression.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will:

• Have at least two years of experience in residential conveyancing.
• Be confident in handling files independently.
• Have strong organisational and client care skills.
• Be proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
