Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, leasehold and freehold matters, new builds, and shared ownership properties
• Advise High Net Worth clients on complex, high-value transactions
• Build strong relationships with clients and agents, acting as the main point of contact
• Support marketing and business development initiatives
• Handle referrals from other departments and ensure smooth client transactions
• Draft documents, manage enquiries, and oversee transactions from instruction to completion
• Keep up to date with residential property law

• Commercially aware with strong technical knowledge in residential conveyancing (2 PQE or relevant experience)
