Residential Conveyancer, Bedfordshire, 5 years’ PQE, £Competitive (DOE) – A new role for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: 9421.

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE.
• You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion
• You will have considerable experience in: Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Shared ownership leases, Variation of leases, New build purchases, and Help to buy.
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
