Residential Conveyancer, 1+ Years PQE, Cornwall, £45,000+ (DOE) - This leading regional law firm is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor into one of their local offices in Cornwall.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle a caseload of residential property matters including transfer of equity, re-mortgaging, new developments, sales, and purchases.
2. Manage the entire conveyancing process from start to finish.
3. Contribute to business development and networking activities.

Candidate Requirements:

1. At least 1 year PQE in residential property law.
2. Experience in managing own caseload with a diverse client base.
3. Excellent drafting and technical skills.
4. Motivated to work in or return to the Cornwall area.
