TSR Legal are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join a local law firm on a new venture. This firm has built a strong reputation in the local market and is now entering a significant growth phase, making it an ideal time to come on board. As a senior member of the team, you will play a key role in shaping the conveyancing department, handling a varied caseload while contributing to the firm's long-term success.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Providing high-quality client service and maintaining strong relationships with referrers and stakeholders.
Supporting the wider team and offering guidance to junior conveyancers and support staff.
Contributing to the firm's ongoing growth strategy, with potential for leadership and departmental influence.

About You

A qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive) with a strong background in residential property.
Confident handling complex transactions with minimal supervision.
