Overview

TSR Legal are working with a long-established high street law firm in Bristol, who are looking to recruit a confident and capable Residential Conveyancer to join their small, friendly conveyancing team.

This is a great opportunity for a legal professional with at least 3 years' PQE who is looking to manage their own caseload of local residential property matters in a client-focused, community-driven firm.

You will be exposed to a wide range of conveyancing transactions, supporting clients through every stage of the process while working closely with a small but experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion

Dealing with sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold, and freehold matters

Providing high-quality, practical legal advice to clients

Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors in a confident and professional manner

Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Supporting junior staff where appropriate and contributing to a collaborative working culture

Candidate Requirements

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential conveyancing

Strong technical knowledge and the ability to run files independently

Confident communicator with a personable, client-centred approach

Comfortable working in a small team and contributing to the overall success of the firm

Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
