Residential Conveyancer (Plot Sales / Development Work), 2+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE) – A new role for an experienced Residential Conveyancer seeking a new challenge. JOB REF:9519.

Role Overview

1. This team advises on the complete life cycle of new build housing, from initial heads of terms and land acquisition to obtaining planning permission, building out schemes, and selling the new homes.
2. Applicants should have at least 2 years’ experience handling a full caseload of conveyancing and plot sales from instruction to completion.
3. We are seeking experienced Plot Sales Conveyancers eager to join a reputable firm and gain exposure to this specialized work.
4. A passion for this sector and a drive to contribute are essential.
5. The role involves minimal supervision; therefore, effective time management and client relationship skills are required.
6. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team.
