Residential Conveyancer (Plot Sales / Development Work), 2+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE) – A new role for an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking for a new challenge in their career. JOB REF:9519.

• This impressive team advise over the complete life cycle of new build housing from initial heads of terms, acquiring the land, obtaining planning permission, building out the scheme and the sale of the new homes.
• Applications are sought from Residential Conveyancers with at least 2 years’ experience of handling a full caseload of conveyancing and plot sales matters from instruction to completion.
• The firm are looking to speak to experienced Plot Sales Conveyancers, who are looking to step into a quality firm and gain more exposure to the type of work that would go alongside this.
• You should have passion for this sector and the drive to make an ongoing contribution.
• This role will include minimal supervision, so you must be able to manage time effectively and develop and maintain client relationships.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
