Residential Conveyancer (Plot Sales / Development Work), 2+ Years PQE, Birmingham, £50,000 - £65,000 (DOE) – A new role for an experienced Residential Conveyancer seeking a new challenge. JOB REF:9519.

Role Overview

This team advises on the complete lifecycle of new build housing projects, including initial heads of terms, land acquisition, planning permissions, construction, and sale of new homes.

Candidate Profile

• Residential Conveyancers with at least 2 years’ experience handling conveyancing and plot sales from instruction to completion.
• Experienced Plot Sales Conveyancers looking to join a reputable firm and expand their exposure to this specialized work.
• Passion for the sector and a drive to contribute actively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing time effectively, and maintaining client relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities.
