Job Opportunity: Residential Conveyancer / Property Solicitor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer / Property Solicitor to join a well-established legal firm. This role offers a salary range of £37,500 - £50,000 and benefits.

As a Residential Conveyancer / Property Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of conveyancing files from instruction to completion, with full administrative support from internal teams. They will also consider unqualified but experienced lawyers.

Responsibilities include:

1. Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
2. Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
3. Providing expert legal advice throughout the transaction process.
4. Working closely with referrers, estate agents, and mortgage providers.
5. Maintaining high levels of communication with clients and all parties involved.
6. Reviewing KYC and AML documentation, with support from a dedicated compliance team.
7. Overseeing legal documentation, progress tracking, and file completion.

What we are looking for:

• Experience as a Conveyancer, Property Solicitor, Property Lawyer, Legal Executive, Conveyancing Solicitor, Conveyancing Lawyer, or similar role.
• At least 2 years of PQE.
• Experience in residential conveyancing.
• A-Level or equivalent qualification.
• Outstanding attention to detail and organisational skills.
