Job summary

Consto Group Limited in Northampton seeks a Contracts Manager to lead residential developments across Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire. You will drive project delivery, manage budgets, and ensure health and safety, quality, and customer care meet company standards.

The role requires proven contractor management experience, NIQ6 qualification, and a full UK driving licence. You will liaise with senior management and stakeholders to align service plans with the company vision.

Qualifications

• Proven record of overseeing a programme of residential development.
• Managing Contractor agreements and liaising with Contractor Supervisors.
• Proven experience of achieving PFI contractual requirements, KPIs and client/stakeholder requirements and contract deliverables.
• Hold a Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Drive the region to build the Brand to the highest of standards.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with values and strategy.
• Develop and deploy Service Plans and Key Work Objectives.
• Ensure plans and processes prioritise workloads to meet contract objectives.
• Participate in contract reviews with Senior Management and Directors.
• Ensure service delivery meets financial targets within budget.
• Provide excellent customer service to site visitors and local community.
• Generate accurate management, financial and performance information.
• Support staff development and performance reviews.
• Identify and deliver cultural change and positive behaviours.
