Job summary

highr, an established Irish construction company, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major residential projects in London. You will manage from start to finish, coordinating teams, subcontractors and stakeholders on high-density developments.

The role requires strong commercial awareness, cost-control discipline, excellent planning, and outstanding leadership and communication skills to deliver on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-density residential construction projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost-control experience.
• Solid knowledge of construction planning and contractual requirements.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and subcontractors.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with relevant project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from commencement through to completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.
• Lead and coordinate project teams and subcontractors.
• Liaise closely with clients and key stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, reporting and project milestones.
• Drive strong commercial and operational performance.
