Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking an experienced Completions Manager to lead the South West Completions Team across Bath and Bristol. The role focuses on managing completion and post-completion processes for residential property, development and new homes, ensuring deadlines are met and clients receive excellent service.

Hybrid working arrangement with a reputable Top 100 law firm in the South West. Strong leadership, organisation and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential property, conveyancing, completions or post-completion.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team and manage priorities.
• Strong IT skills including MS Office and legal case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion and post-completion processes across Bath and Bristol offices.
• Liaise with fee earners, lenders and developers to ensure timely completions.
• Lead and develop the South West Completions Team to deliver high-quality service.
