Job Description:

Our client, an established Ayrshire-based firm, is seeking to recruit a solicitor with experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing.

This role involves managing property transactions from start to finish, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and securities, as well as acting for a diverse range of clients. The successful candidate will also handle commercial leasing, rural property matters (such as agricultural land and renewable energy projects), and provide legal support for corporate transactions involving asset or share sales and purchases.

While experience in residential property is essential, knowledge of commercial and rural conveyancing is preferred; training will be provided if needed. Candidates at the NQ level and above will be considered, with salary commensurate with PQE.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a solicitor to develop or expand their experience within a comprehensive property and commercial practice.
