Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Residential Client Accounts - Payables with strong organizational and communication skills. In this role, you will be responsible for processing daily payments, handling payment queries, reconciling accounts, and providing exceptional service to our clients.


Responsibilities:

Process daily payments for landlords, suppliers, tenants, and head office.

Respond to payment queries and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Prepare and distribute monthly landlord statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

Generate and maintain sales reservation reports.

Perform bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies.

Assist with month-end routines and reconciliations.

Handle queries by phone and email.

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in accounting tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
