Job Description

Secure On Site is recruiting a cleaning team to work at a Residential building that we manage in Watford, London with an immediate start.

Location: Watford, WD17

You will be required to carry out general cleaning tasks in the communal areas of the commercial building. The same building will be visited on a daily basis for cleaning tasks to be carried out.

Salary: £12.21

Schedule: Part time 4 hours per week

Hours of work: Wednesday 16:30- 20:30

Total: 4 per week.

Responsibilities
  • Vacuuming, sweeping and/or mopping of the communal areas, including hallways, stairwells, elevators, toilets and bathrooms.
  • Dusting and wiping all surface areas.
  • Sanitising all public touchpoints.
  • Waste management.
  • Incident reporting as and when required.
Qualifications
  • A great attitude & ability to work using initiative.
  • Previous experience as a cleaner.
  • Strong communication skills & customer service skills.
  • Presentable personal appearance.
Service Provision
  • Ensure that service level agreements with the client are met and that any shortfalls are documented and reported to the Duty and Operations Manager.
General
  • Any other duties as required by the Operations Manager.
