Qualifications

• Experience within residential development or consultancy supporting housebuilding projects.
• Knowledge of PDS and/or Causeway Flow is beneficial.
• Proactive approach with a willingness to develop technical capability.

Responsibilities

• Prepare civil engineering design concepts for new housing developments.
• Use design software to develop highways, drainage, and earthworks solutions.
• Manage the process for technical approvals including S278, S38, S104 and S185.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external consultants.
