Job Description:

Are you an experienced Children's & Young person support worker?

We are looking for Team Leaders who are caring and compassionate individuals with the desire to make a positive difference to the lives of our Children & Young people by leading by example to other support workers.

What we offer as a Children's Residential Team Leader at Cambian Group:

  • A starting rate of £13.40 - £14.22 per hour depending on experience.
  • Full-time hours with overtime available.
  • £30 sleep-in rate (2-3 sleep-ins per week).
  • Overtime paid at enhanced rates.
  • Shift patterns and rotas to support work-life balance.
  • Full DBS paid for by The Cambian Group.
  • Paid intensive induction training (10 days), face-to-face and online.
  • 3-5 paid shadowing shifts with an experienced leader.
  • Collaborative work with clinical and local authorities.
  • Opportunities for career progression and personal development.
