Location: Kidderminster

Pay rates: Day - £14 to £19.70
Nights - £15 - £21

You will be required to:

  • Support children and young people in a residential setting
  • Work confidently with colleagues during heightened behaviours to de-escalate situations
  • Use de-escalation techniques to keep children and young people safe
  • Make decisions and take action in challenging situations
  • Maintain detailed and accurate daily records and incident reports
  • Engage creatively and establish trust with children and young people
  • Demonstrate sound communication and judgment
  • Protect personal and professional boundaries at all times
