A successful Residential practitioner will be responsible for:

• Provide constant supervision and care for children in a residential setting.
• Offer emotional support and build trusting relationships with the children.
• Offer guidance and education to families on parenting and child development.
• Connect families with community resources and support services.
• Conduct home visits to assess living situations and provide in-home support.
• Work towards family reunification when possible.

What requirements are we looking for?

• Have previous 6 months prior experience in the UK as a support worker.
• Have strong communication skills
• Register under the PVG scheme
• Full driving license (required)
• Obtained, or working towards, an SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent, is desirable.
