Role Overview:

As a Residential Children’s Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping our young people live happy, fulfilling lives. You’ll support children with learning disabilities in their daily routines, emotional wellbeing, and development, while creating a positive and structured home environment.

At Completely Care, we provide specialist residential care and support for children and young people with learning disabilities and complex needs. Our homes offer a stable, safe, and nurturing environment where each child is treated as an individual and supported to reach their full potential.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting children with learning disabilities in daily activities and personal care
  • Promoting independence, life skills, and social inclusion
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with the children in your care
  • Helping manage behaviours in a compassionate, consistent way
  • Following individualised care plans and contributing to team discussions
  • Working collaboratively with families, schools, and healthcare professionals

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in care, education, or support work (ideally with learning disabilities in the UK)
  • Communicates clearly and compassionately
  • Is calm, reliable, and able to work well in a team
  • Can travel to Bromsgrove and surrounding areas
