Job summary

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Team Leader for a children’s home in the UK. You will support day-to-day operations, lead shifts and care staff, and ensure high standards of safeguarding and care.

The role requires minimum 1 year in residential childcare, Ofsted-regulated experience, and a Level 3 Diploma. Sleep-ins may add up to £8,460 per year, with a total package up to £44,028.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in residential childcare.
• Experience working within an Ofsted-regulated children’s home.
• Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People’s Residential Care is required.
• Strong safeguarding and child-centred practice.
• Positive, resilient, and committed approach.
• Full UK driving licence (preferred).
