Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  1. Act as a positive role model and team member.
  2. Facilitate effective communication within the staff team.
  3. Participate in planning and delivering quality care and support for service users.
  4. Support day-to-day delivery of care and support to people using services.

Paragon Skills is a leading national apprenticeship training provider, supporting over 4,000 learners and 1,500 organizations. They have high success and achievement rates, with an Ofsted Grade 2 (Good) rating and an overall achievement rate of 71.4%, above the national average of 65.6%. Learners are supported through a blended approach, with regular check-ins and assigned personal tutors. You will be allocated 20% of your working hours towards your studies, maximizing your chances of achieving the highest grades. Upon completing this 24-month apprenticeship, you will earn the Children, Young People, and Families Practitioner (Level 4) qualification.
