Requirements

Previous experience working with vulnerable young people in a residential setting (minimum 6 months in the UK).Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.Must hold a full driving license and be registered or willing to register under the PVG scheme.

Qualification/Education

SVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent, desirable.

Experience

Minimum 6 months’ experience in a UK residential setting supporting young people.

Skills

Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively as part of a team, experience supporting young people with early trauma and emotional behavioral difficulties, commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and adhering to National Care Standards.
