Qualifikationen

• Experience teaching Childcare or Residential Childcare within FE or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of childcare and residential childcare practices.
• Experience delivering FE lessons to learners.
• Excellent communication, classroom management and organisational skills.
• Ability to assess learner work and provide constructive feedback.

Aufgaben

• Deliver Residential Childcare and Childcare lessons to Further Education students.
• Plan, prepare and deliver lessons in line with curriculum requirements and awarding bodies.
• Teach theoretical and practical aspects of childcare and residential childcare.
• Assess learner work and provide feedback to support progress.
• Maintain accurate learner records and monitor achievement.
• Prepare schemes of work, lesson plans and teaching materials.
• Support learners with academic and professional development.
• Promote learner progression and contribute to curriculum development.
