Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver Level 4 and Level 5 Residential Childcare apprenticeship standards.
• Carry out workplace assessments for apprentices.
• Deliver group learning and support apprentice development.
• Complete progress reviews and set SMART targets.
• Support Functional Skills when required.
• Develop the college's offer with employers and awarding bodies.
• Contribute to IQA and quality activity.
• Prepare apprentices for gateway, assessment and progression.
