Salary: Up to £32,375.89 with sleep-in shifts (Unqualified), Up to £33,640.53 with sleep-in shifts (Qualified)

We are seeking Residential Childcare Workers to join our residential homes. This role involves working with young people exhibiting challenging behaviour. Candidates should be flexible, resilient, honest, organized, and committed to high standards of childcare to support positive outcomes.

Essential Skills
