Our client is a leading childcare provider in Scotland, seeking passionate Residential Care Workers to join their expanding team. They've won multiple awards for their exceptional care, including Best Care Home Group in the UK (2022 & 2023), and they're committed to creating a supportive and therapeutic environment for the young people in our care.

About the Role:

You'll be part of a dedicated team providing person-centered care to young people with diverse needs. Responsibilities include supporting their emotional, social, and physical well-being.

Shift Patterns:

  1. Full-time: 24-hour shifts (including 8-hour sleepover) on a 9-week rolling rota (3 days on, 3 days off).
  2. Part-time: 12-hour shifts (10 am - 10 pm) or 6-hour shifts (10 am - 4 pm / 4 pm - 10 pm).

What We're Looking For:

  1. Experience in residential childcare (preferred).
  2. HNC/SVQ 3 qualification or working towards it.
  3. Clean driving license (preferred).
  4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  5. A passion for making a difference!

Locations: Corstorphine (Edinburgh), Fauldhouse (Bathgate), Gorebridge.
