TeacherActive Ltd in Carmarthenshire is seeking a Childrens Support Worker to join a residential care setting supporting children with EBD/SEMH and trauma. Roles are part-time with day and night shifts, on-site in SA14, and the position is temporary.

Applicants should have experience in residential care, hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS, and be registered with Social Care Wales. Driving licence is desirable; shifts require flexibility.

• Experience of working in residential/care settings.
• Child & Adult DBS or willingness to apply.
• Registered with Social Care Wales or willingness to apply.
• Experience supporting young people with challenging behaviours or trauma.
• Desirable – driving licence.
