You will be a role model, a listening ear, approachable, and potentially someone who could inspire and make a significant impact on a young person’s life. You should promote, support, and facilitate the creation of “happy memories” and have fun with them.
We are seeking permanent Support Workers with a warm and approachable manner who feel they can make a significant impact on a young person’s life, especially in helping them recover from early life experiences.
Additionally, you will serve as a Keyworker, building strong bonds, showing warmth and empathy, and creating special opportunities for the boys.
