Job summary

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking a Residential Care Worker for The Beeches to support children and young people in a safe, nurturing home environment. You will act as a positive role model, help with daily routines, and contribute to their wellbeing and development.

The role offers 40 hours per week with sleep-ins and shifts. Training and career progression are provided toward Team Leader, Deputy, and Registered Manager roles, with benefits including wellbeing support and paid holidays.
