Anderson Wright Consulting is seeking a Bank Residential Care Worker in Milton Keynes to provide high-quality, child-centred care in a warm home environment. You will support daily routines, education and life-skills, while building trusted relationships with children and young people.

The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or relevant experience, excellent communication, and a commitment to safeguarding. Sleep-in payments apply where required.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) OR previous experience working within children's residential care.
• Caring, patient and resilient by nature.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins where required.
• Full UK driving licence is desirable.

Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour + Sleep-In Payments (where applicable)

Our client is looking for caring, reliable and committed Bank Residential Care Workers to join their dedicated children's residential care team. This flexible role is ideal for care professionals looking to work around existing commitments while making a genuine difference in the lives of children and young people.

Working on a bank basis, you'll provide high-quality care and support in a warm, safe and nurturing home environment, helping children develop confidence, independence and positive life experiences.

Please note: To be considered for this role, you should either hold a Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) or have previous experience working within a children's residential care setting.
