Qualifications

• Must hold a minimum Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.
• Experience supporting children with autism and SEND is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to children and young people.
• Support independence, safety and wellbeing for those with complex needs.
• Lead and participate in shift planning and team coordination.
• Safeguard and ensure DBS compliance and safeguarding practices.
