An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Manager to work in an exceptional care home based in Radstock, Somerset. You will be working for one of the UK’s leading healthcare providers.

This care home is a specialist autism service for adults with a staff team experienced in supporting people with autism and challenging behaviours.

To be considered for this position, you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.

As the Registered Manager, your key responsibilities include:

  • Managing support for people with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping service users achieve their goals and develop skills and confidence through activities and initiatives.
  • Leading and inspiring your team to provide high-quality, person-centred support and care.
  • Ensuring best practices in social care and ongoing service development.
  • Managing people and processes effectively to ensure service success.
