Registered Manager, Learning Disabilities

An excellent opportunity for a reputable, successful care provider who are looking for a talented care professional to join as Registered Manager for one of their residential services in York. This is a service for adults with complex care needs including people with learning disabilities

The service offers different types of accommodation including single occupancy bungalows and independent flats.

We are looking for someone with a real passion for care, ensuring your clients have the best possible support, and you also have an ability to create a supportive, constructive environment for your staff team. You will have excellent knowledge of CQC standards, and be committed to delivering the best possible person-centred care.

The organisation have an excellent working environment, with a great support network from senior management and regional support, with training, bonus schemes in place and recognition for effort and results.

Successful candidates will have the following:

Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management
Proven experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
Excellent relationship building skills with strong CQC knowledge
