An excellent opportunity for a reputable, successful care provider who are looking for a talented care professional to join as Registered Manager for one of their residential services in Whitby. This is a service for adults with complex care needs including people with learning disabilities

The accommodation is set across 2 properties and is close to the beach. It is a lively service offering plenty of daily and weekly activities, Clients are often supported with holidays and day trips and there is also a lot of involvement and support from local projects and businesses.

We are looking for someone with a real passion for care, ensuring your clients have the best possible support, and you also have an ability to create a supportive, constructive environment for your staff team. You will have excellent knowledge of CQC standards, and be committed to delivering the best possible person-centred care.

The organisation have an excellent working environment, with a great support network from senior management and regional support, with training, bonus schemes in place and recognition for effort and results.

Successful candidates will have the following:

Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management
Proven experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
