CQC Registered Manager

This role would really suit someone from local residential areas of:

West Bridgford, Wilford, Clifton, Ruddington, Edwalton, Gamston, Adbolton, Tollerton

Are you a compassionate leader, with experience of working with people with learning disabilities, and have an excellent understanding of what it takes to provide the best possible levels of high-quality person-centred care?

You must have good knowledge of CQC requirements and standards, and have led and built teams providing care to adults with complex care needs.

Your role will be to support your team to deliver high-quality care, you will ensure the services are following best practice, compliance and safety.

Overseeing recruitment and training, you will be able to nurture the staff, with a hands-on, lead by example style that encourages and empowers individuals and imparting your knowledge by mentoring and coaching.

Successful candidates will have the following:

Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management

Proven experience of supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
