Qualifications

  • Proven management and supervisory experience in a residential care home setting.
  • Experience in CIW/Ofsted Inspection for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operation of the residential care home.
  • Manage and supervise Carers, providing leadership.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and protocols.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operation of your residential care home, ensuring high-quality care for all children and young people.
  • Manage and supervise Carers, providing leadership and support to promote a positive work environment.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual young people's needs.
  • Ensure compliance with Safeguarding, health and safety regulations, medication administration protocols etc.
  • Foster positive relationships with young people and their stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate an equal emphasis on the care and support of children, the development and management of Carers, and the management of the home to meet and exceed organisational and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
  • Level 5 in Health and Social Care, Children and Young People.
  • Proven management and supervisory experience in a residential care home setting
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
  • Knowledge of therapeutic care with young people with complex needs.
  • Ability to create and implement effective care plans
