Are you a compassionate and experienced leader looking for an opportunity to make a real difference? We are seeking a dedicated Residential Care Home Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our 28-bed care home in Mansfield.

About the Role:

As the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance while fostering a positive environment for both residents and staff. You will play a key role in delivering person-centred care, managing budgets, and maintaining regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and inspire a team of care professionals to provide exceptional care and support to residents.
2. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other relevant guidelines.
3. Manage budgets, resources, and occupancy levels effectively.
4. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
5. Oversee recruitment, training, and development of staff to maintain a high-performing team.
6. Continuously improve care standards and service delivery.

About You:

1. Proven experience as a Care Home Manager or in a senior leadership role within a care setting.
2. A strong understanding of CQC regulations and care standards.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
4. A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
5. NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable.
