Job summary

Easterseals NH in Nottingham, NH is seeking Residential Support Counselors to join a compassionate team in a welcoming residential setting. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with evening and weekend shifts and a competitive hourly wage.

You will support independence, assist with daily living, medications, and community activities according to care plans, with training provided in conflict resolution and safety.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Human Services.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and medication administration.
• Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry.
• Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events.
• Follow each individuals care plan.
• All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety.
• Complete required daily documentation.
• Other duties as needed or assigned.
