This position is eligible for an up to $3000 sign-on bonus.

Wediko NH is seeking a Campus Coordinator at the Hillsborough, NH campus. The Campus Coordinator is primarily responsible for supervising Residential Counselors and Supervisors, ensuring the safety of clients, ensuring campus homes run according to schedule with routine, ritual, and rhythm, and providing direct care.

How You'll Be Making a Difference
  • Work closely with Program Directors and Milieu Directors to ensure appropriate campus staffing coverage.
  • Hire, train, supervise, performance manage, and evaluate direct care staff. Mediate staff issues and employee conflicts. Host team meetings for staff and provide training and weekly supervision.
  • Plan and schedule therapeutic groups designed to enhance children's growth and development, and creatively plan social activities and special events.
  • Support individual cabin supervisors in implementation and management of all activities during shifts for all residences, including medical appointments, recreational activities, transportation, homework, behavior support, chores, and room completion.
  • Provide, model, and supervise group and individual behavior support and intervention in accordance with TCI principles, including appropriate physical restraints as necessary.
  • Ensure completion of all shift paperwork, including communication logs, daily logs, incident reports, mentor sheets, and behavior support monitoring.
  • Oversee the timely submission of records and documentation, and ensure staff are aware of activities from prior shifts.
  • Support Residential Supervisors in managing client belongings account sheets.
  • Work closely with Program Directors and Milieu Directors to ensure structure and routines are maintained throughout the day.
  • Provide shift coverage as needed.
  • Assist in managing medical and emergency situations.
Qualifications
  • Equivalent to two years of college and/or two years of child care experience in a residential setting with a similar population of children.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer, with the ability to learn new software applications.
