Residential Building Surveyors - London & South East

Excellent opportunity with a Property Solutions and surveying firm for a Residential Building Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Level 1, 2, and 3 residential surveys for private clients and/or lending institutions.
2. Perform mortgage valuations.
3. Carry out Red Book valuations for residential properties.
4. Undertake RICS Level 2 and Level 3 surveys.
5. Conduct disrepair surveys.

Salary & Benefits: £60,000 plus a £5,000 car allowance and a very generous bonus scheme.
