An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Residential Building Site Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and safety of a vibrant school environment. This full-time role involves ensuring the site is kept to high standards while engaging positively with students and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong DIY skills, a commitment to health and safety, and the ability to manage contractors effectively. In return, the school offers a supportive team and a detached residential property.
Benefits include:
Salary: £24,027 - £25,992 (subject to evaluation under the Pay Equity Review)
Hours: 36.50 hours per week, all year round (split shift)
Contract: Permanent – Monday to Friday, 07:00-11:00 and 14:30-18:00. Some weekend/out-of-hours work may occasionally be required.
Start Date: 21st July 2025
Due to the retirement of our current Site Supervisor, we seek an enthusiastic, reliable, and self-motivated Building Services Supervisor to join our team of dedicated support staff committed to the school's ethos and values.
The role involves supervising the school site, including maintenance, janitorial, cleaning, key holding, alarm response, and engaging with pupils and parents. Health and safety is a key aspect of the role.
