Job Description:

We’re recruiting for an Area Surveyor to join us covering the Docklands area on a 12-month FTC. We’re offering a competitive base salary, £7,200 car allowance, monthly performance bonus, and a strong benefits package.

This role can be offered on a full-time, part-time, or job share basis.

What you'll be doing:

• Undertaking surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties for private and corporate clients.
• Upholding professional standards to minimize financial and reputational risks.
• Completing 5 points per day.
• Responding promptly to queries, complaints, and claims.
• Reviewing product performance and risks to ensure they meet market needs and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

• Associate/M/FRICS Residential Surveyors, VRS registered valuers, and EPC accredited.
• Excellent valuation and survey experience.
• Strong understanding of lender procedures.
• Good knowledge of residential survey and valuation.
