Job Description

We’re recruiting for a Residential Area Surveyor to join us covering the Docklands area on a 12-month FTC. We’re offering a competitive base salary, £7,200 car allowance, monthly performance bonus, and strong benefits package.

This role can be offered on a Full Time, Part Time, or Job Share basis.

What you'll be doing:

• Undertaking surveys, valuations, and energy reports of residential properties on behalf of both private and corporate clients.
• Upholding best professional practice to minimise the financial and reputational risk to the business.
• Completing 5 points per day.
• Promptly and effectively responding to queries, complaints, and claims.
• Regularly reviewing the performance and risk of products and propositions to meet the needs of the target market and deliver good customer outcomes.

Qualifications

Who we're looking for:

• You will need to be an Assoc/M/FRICS Residential Surveyor, VRS registered valuer, and EPC accredited.
• Excellent valuation and survey experience.
• Strong understanding of lender technical and administrative procedures.
• Good knowledge of all aspects of residential survey and valuation.
