With over 30 staff across 5 offices, including a flagship in Mayfair, London, the firm nurtures staff development and offers modern working practices, including hybrid work arrangements.

The firm is seeking a Property Solicitor (3-5 PQE) to join their Dunmow office. The role involves handling a broad caseload of commercial and residential property transactions, including purchase and sale of commercial property, landlord & tenant matters, investment, portfolio acquisition, commercial leases, refinancing, and conveyancing. You will work alongside a highly experienced partner.

Requirements & Remuneration

• Commercial Property Solicitor with 3-6 years PQE preferred
• Salary negotiable (£65-75k) depending on experience
• Lucrative bonus incentives
• Hybrid working: 2 days in the Dunmow office, 3 days remote
